Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark is one of the wittiest characters to have ever appeared in a superhero movie and, as a result, he has his fair share of humorous moments. Stark is often light-hearted, quick-witted and funny in the most unlikely and inappropriate of situations - but that just makes us laugh with him even more. I've been deliberating over which of his rib-tickling moments to include in this article for some time now - and even now I'm not so sure if I've got the right ten! As a result, I'm really looking for some reader participation in this one. If you'd like to add your favourite top ten at the bottom, please feel free, as any example of this particular list is obviously very subjective and based on your own personal sense of humour. Still, these are my personal choices (at this moment in time, at least, because I keep changing my mind!) and this is indeed the ten funniest Tony Stark moments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe...
10. Cheeseburger First (Iron Man)
When Tony Stark returns home from his captivity in war-torn Afghanistan in the first Iron Man movie, he steps off the plane and in to his driver's car (Happy Hogan's) along with his then personal assistant Pepper Potts. While Pepper is concerned with Tony's health and insistent that he goes to the nearby hospital for a check-up, Tony has more "important" issues on his mind. He wants to eat an American cheeseburger and then hold a press conference regarding his company. But the main priority, as noted when he insists that Happy takes him to get the "cheeseburger first" is a nice dose of junk food. Because that's more important than his health and his business, right? Classic Tony Stark.
