1. Visible Crew Members Were Digitally Transformed Into Bystanders - Shazam!

Just recently, Shazam! director David F. Sandberg posted a fascinating video about the problem solving aspects of filmmaking, focused on the issues he faced while making the DC superhero film.

There he confirmed that neither himself nor any of his crew members noticed a major error while shooting the scene where Shazam (Zachary Levi) careens through the mall.

Sandberg was so focused on agonising over the visual effects used to realise Shazam's flight that he forgot about the blatantly visible visual effects crew members on the right side of the escalator.

He picked up on this during post-production, and in a totally genius feat of quick thinking, simply had his VFX team add shopping bags to the crew members to make them look like regular shoppers.

Sandberg himself admits that their utter lack of a reaction to Shazam flying despite being in his direct eye-line is still a mistake, but at least the CGI bags do enough to trick the audience's brain and stop them thinking about the people just randomly standing around.
