9. Superman Returns: Superman Returns to Krypton
This deleted scene is just so beautifully shot, in the same vein as the rest of the film: it is quiet, understated and has no dialogue and would have been a perfect opening to a very misunderstood movie.

Sure, it is long and not that much really happens, but it is a great other-world introduction to our alien protagonist and would have made the perfect transition from the end of Superman 2. Superman Returns is after all like a love letter to the original films and expressing that link a little more closely would have been a nice touch.
