10 Horror Movies That Accidentally Filmed Things You Weren't Supposed To See
10. The Log Scene - I Spit On Your Grave
One of the quickest ways to be pulled out of a movie is when you catch a crewmember on-screen. As soon as you see a cameraman or a light technician strolling around in the background, you stop being invested, since you are reminded you're just watching a piece of fiction.
Normally, these mistakes can be tolerated if the crewmember is visible very briefly.
Unfortunately, that's not the case in I Spit On Your Grave. Approximately 30 minutes in, Jennifer finds herself being pursued by a group of maniacs. As they chase her through the forest, our heroine turns around and shoves a dangling log into her attacker's face.
This shot has become almost as infamous as the film's subject matter since it has a glaring mistake. While Jennifer is moving the log, you can see a crewman on her left, as clear as day.
If he only appeared for a couple of frames, the movie could've gotten away with it. But since this chap is standing there without a care in the world for a good seven seconds, it's nearly impossible to miss him.
