During his lifetime, Sir Christopher Lee was the recipient of a number of accolades from the Guinness Book of Records. He set the record for most films with a swordfight by an actor, the oldest videogame voice actor, and, apparently, the most connected actor alive (the University of Virginia developed software that found Lee was at the centre of the Hollywood universe", which is a great way to use science). At 6 feet 5 inches, Lee was also the tallest lead actor alive, a stat that goes some way to explaining why he was so incredibly imposing. Lee had competition from character actor James Cromwell (6 ft 7 in), but no leading man was taller than Sir Christopher. While he was alive, Lee held the height record with Vince Vaughn, but since Lees passing, it means Vaughn is now the sole holder of the record. This truly is a tragic day.
