7. Thor Probably Intended To Murder Captain America
Apparently, Thor grew a lot as a character during the events of his titular film. He learnt to stop being so arrogant and hot-headed, and adopted some sort of benevolently paternalistic relationship with Earth. Yet it's a bit puzzling when he reverts to his old ways when confronted by Cap in a forest, and almost straight-out murders the poor guy. Granted, he had been royally pissed off by Iron Man, but still, a loss of decorum can't excuse the fact he nearly turned Steve Rogers into paste. Let me remind you Cap implores him to put the hammer down, but Thor throws this back in his face and attempts to knock the Star Spangled Man into Valhalla with it. Cap, quite understandably, cowers behind his shield, but the God of Thunder just keeps on coming. Look at this from Thor's perspective he has no idea that his adversary's shield is nigh-on indestructible, but he goes for it anyway, obviously knowing he's going to commit super-murder on what he can only assume is a man with a tremendous cosplaying budget. When you get down to it, that's pretty shocking. Forget about Banner, it's Thor you don't want to make angry.
