10. Steven Wilkins - Trick 'R Treat

In Michael Dougherty's terrific horror anthology Trick 'r Treat, school principal Steven Wilkins (Dylan Baker) works a second "job" on the side. That is, he's a Halloween-loving serial killer who murders children who don't appreciate the spirit of the season.

Oh, and because that's not bad enough, he's also grooming his young son Billy (Connor Levins) to follow in his footsteps.

In one of the anthology's later stories, Wilkins dresses up as a vampire and attacks young out-of-towner Laurie (Anna Paquin), only to quickly learn that he basically picked on the very worst person possible.

Laurie's sister and friends then reveal that they're actually werewolves, before Laurie herself also transforms into one and decides that Wilkins will be her first ever victim, having been waiting for someone who thoroughly deserved to be killed.

And with that, a pathetic, terrified Wilkins can do nothing but watch helplessly as Laurie pounces on and devours him.

The ironic twist, that the young women being preyed upon by the deranged serial killer were actually in no danger at all, is quite delicious.
