10 More Insane Movie Moments You Won't Believe You Never Spotted
10. The Elephants Are Balancing On A Rather Familiar Ball In Aladdin
Guy Ritchie's 2019 live-action remake of Aladdin brought with it Will Smith's take on the charismatic Genie in the Lamp that was once iconically played by the late, great Robin Williams.
One of the most adored moments to go down in that original animated version of the feature involved Williams' blue legend unleashing a colourful rendition of the 'Friend Like Me' tune. And fans were very much curious about what Smith himself would bring to such a well-known Disney classic.
Whilst being well and truly distracted by the big, blue, magical figure bringing the showstopper to an end with a few splits alongside Mena Massoud's titular hero, though, many probably overlooked a rather cute Easter egg being insanely balanced on by some CGI elephants in the background.
Look closely at said balls somehow not being crushed by the giant mammal, and you'll probably just about spot that this is the very same blue and yellow ball with a red star on it - aka. the Luxar Ball - that's popped up in a ton of Pixar projects over the years, including Toy Story, Up, The Incredibles, Inside Out, and more.
While Aladdin may not fall under the Disney Pixar animated banner, Ritchie and The House of Mouse still clearly wanted to salute the studio and unmistakable ball here in the most insane but easily missed way imaginable.
