Lucas messed with the whole character's back-story to retroactively appeal to younger audiences. Lucas may have actually missed the point of his own story; it doesn't matter where you come from. It is what you do that defines you as a hero. This a so cringe worth because of the poor editing, it looks shameful and dumb. It completely takes me out of the movie and kills all the tension that is meant to be in this scene. Also, this establishes Greedo as the worse bounty hunter ever! He misses at point blank range!
