8. Luke Skywalker Is Seen As A Myth

For any of you who are reading this, you all know the story of Luke Skywalker; you all know the tale of the farm boy who became a great Jedi Knight. What we find out here, though, is that to many a modern generation, Luke is merely a myth, an urban legend, a magical being who is seemingly all a part of a fairytale. It certainly hits home when Han Solo reveals to Rey and Finn that, yes, Luke Skywalker was and is very much real, and that the stories that they€™ve heard are indeed true. The sparkle in the eyes of these newcomers is a wondrous to behold, with it essentially serving as the equivalent of us finding out that Santa Claus was real or, y€™know, Jesus was too (is that too deep?). It makes you realise just how much of an impact Luke had all those years ago, and again this serves to bring a nostalgic tear to those who used to pretend they were on Tatooine drinking blue milk.
