10. Wilson Fisk Decapitates Anatoly

Vincent D'Onofrio's role as Wilson Fisk in Netflix's Daredevil series is one of the most complex seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Wearing the mask of a secretive businessman, intent on restoring Hell's Kitchen to prosperity, Wilson Fisk is often seen to be quiet, controlled, and even shy, but behind all of that lies a killer instinct that surfaces when he is enraged. That rage, chillingly, can also be awoken by something even as simple as interrupting a meal.

The first time Fisk's fury rises comes when his dinner date with art curator Vanessa is interrupted by Russian mobster Anatoly. Embarrassed by the intrusion, Fisk has Anatoly driven to a quiet spot, where the Kingpin beats the Russian to near-death with his bare hands.

Out of control though, Wilson proceeds to beat Anatoly's skull in with a car door, eventually decapitating the mobster, in one of Marvel's most graphic scenes yet. Thank God for Netflix's R Rating.

While Fisk may not have unleashed his rage on a defenseless civilian, or even one of Marvel's heroes, this scene gives us the first look at the monster within, and how dangerous it can be.

While he may not have the power to destroy planets, or fight armies single handedly, this scene shows Fisk to be one of the most dangerous and unnerving characters that Marvel has put on-screen to date.
