Channing Tatum had a Hell of a 2012, and perhaps no scene of his has lodged more firmly in the public consciousness than this tremendously popular strip show from the surprisingly nuanced, well-acted and entertaining male stripper movie Magic Mike. Steven Soderbergh may have crafted an unexpectedly thoughtful, character-driven story, but women the world over have no doubt enjoyed pausing Tatum's raunchy dance number to the Ginuwine track "Pony". Tatum not only demonstrates his superb physical presence - unsurprising given that he was a stripper before making it as an actor - but even takes it one step further by ending the scene gyrating around in a G-string. I think it's pretty self-explanatory from there...
