8. Whistler - Blade II

Characters die, and characters come back. Normally, you don't see it happen between two movies, with the resurrection happening off-screen. You especially don't see movies that retcon the previous death from having occured and then do absolutely nothing with that character at all.

After Whistler blows his brains out, practically on-screen, during Blade, he's back for Blade II. The first big sequence of the second film is Blade rescuing him, and then Whistler just kind of hangs around.

There's no mention that he's supposed to be dead - it's like the director the actor a big favor and just shoved the character back into the film.
