2. Christopher Nolan Is Trying To Keep Fans Guessing
With the release date of Interstellar drawing ever closer, it seems Christopher Nolan is trying to keep audiences guessing for as long as possible as to what will actually happen in his first film set around space travel. Various promotional posters have been released (which you can find on Screen Rant), all with different (and wildly varying) slogans. "Mankind's Next Step Will Be Our Greatest." "Go Further." "The End Of Earth Will Not Be The End Of Us." "Mankind Was Born On Earth, It Was Never Meant To Die Here." If anyone remembers the promotional material released prior to Inception's release, they'll know that Nolan likes to play games with fans of his films, and with the above slogans all appearing on different posters, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what Interstellar will involve other than space travel. Will the human race perform a mass exodus or their home planet? Why do they need to leave it in the first place? Will Michael Caine play another wise and guardian-like character? All questions that won't get an answer until the film released in November.
