10 Movies That Made You Cheer Brutal Moments

10. Django Unchained - Django Kills Lara Lee

The first of three Tarantino entries on this list, the directorial master gets us cheering against our better nature in the epic finale of his seventh film. Having escaped seemingly certain death at the hands of slave traders, Jamie Foxx's Django returns to the Candie mansion to dish out his vengeance and get back his girl.

As Django stands atop the staircase, he comfortably takes out three of Candie's henchmen, before addressing slave Cora beneath him, quipping "Say goodbye to Miss Lara." With one flourish of his weapon, petite Miss Lara Lee is blown away, quite literally blasted off screen.

While the scene is incredibly shocking due to the fact that the lady was unarmed and never used a gun throughout the film, it also has us laughing gleefully knowing she got exactly what she deserved due to her contributions to the slave trade. No one but Tarantino would have the guts to slaughter an old lady in front of us for our pleasure, but not only does he do it, he pulls it off as well.
