10. Draco Malfoy - Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1

For the longest time, it appeared as though Draco Malfoy had simply been put on planet Earth to ruin the lives of Harry Potter and his mates.

So, it's safe to say that he was pretty much detested by just about every single fan of the series up to a point. But, that point at which this bitterness towards the white-haired son of Lucius Malfoy turned to admiration came one movie on from becoming a Death Eater and nearly killing Albus Dumbledore.

During a scene in the Deathly Hallows Part 1 which saw an abruptly disguised Potter come face to face with his old tormentor, instead of admitting the person before him was Harry, Draco claimed he couldn't be sure.

It's during this moment that we realise that perhaps Draco, clearly realising it was Harry in this moment, was risking his neck to ensure his old rival lived long enough to stop the Dark Lord Voldemort in his tracks. He may have been simply awful for much of the time we knew him on screen, but this brief moment of hesitation showed us there was in fact some good in this often infuriating soul.
