It's actually surprising that a She-Hulk movie wasn't slated for Phase 3. It would be positively criminal to leave her out of Phase 4. She-Hulk has the name recognition and strong female lead capabilities to be a strong entry in the MCU. After all the criticisms about Black Widow being the only primary heroine in town, She-Hulk (a.k.a. Jennifer Walters) is a brutally strong, gorgeous, green, intelligent standard bearer for female crime fighters. Not only does she battle crime in the streets, but also defends the innocent in court. The jade giantess isn't just a one-dimensional pretty face. The fact that she takes on other super humans as clients opens up plenty of crossover opportunities. She's also the cousin of Bruce Banner, so a Mark Ruffalo cameo wouldn't be unwelcome. She-Hulk has been an Avenger, a Hero for Hire and a member of the Defenders. Sounds like prime Phase 4 material.
