10 Movies You'll Never See For INSANE Reasons

2. It Isn't Coming Out Until 2115 - 100 Years

Unlike many films on this list, there's no technical reason why you won't be able to watch this new John Malkovich-starring sci-fi short film directed by Robert Rodriguez.

Rather, 100 Years was financed by cognac brand Rémy Martin to promote Louis XIII - their cognac which takes 100 years to make.

Though production wrapped in 2015, in line with the cognac's own development process the film won't be released until 100 years after this date, making it due to drop in 2115.

And so, not to be indelicate, but if you're capable of reading this article in 2025, you're almost certainly going to be dust in the wind by 2115 and never have a chance of watching 100 Years.

And if you thought Rémy Martin couldn't possibly be taking this seriously, think again - everyone involved with the shoot signed non-disclosure agreements preventing them from talking about the plot, and the film is being stored in a high-tech safe behind bulletproof glass.

Only on November 18, 2115 will said safe unlock, where 1,000 guests will be invited to attend the premiere, including Malkovich and Rodriguez - or rather, one of their descendants.
