2. It's Less Pretentious Than Reloaded

One of the most complained-about sequences in the entire franchise is Neo's climactic meeting with the Architect in Reloaded.

For starters, it's basically a giant exposition dump of a scene, and the Architect speaks in such needlessly verbose language that it can be difficult for audiences to unpack exactly what he's saying, especially on first viewing.

Thankfully though Revolutions has its own avalanche of exposition, it's much easier to digest, and in fact, the Architect only shows up for a single, one-minute scene at the very end of the movie.

On a philosophical and sheer storytelling level, Revolutions is less confusing and easier to engage with, whereas Reloaded's finale began to disappear up itself somewhat.
