2. Super Half-Siblings Do Battle

Diana's final battle, of course, sees her squaring off against Ares, who reveals to her that the pair are in fact half-siblings, both having been fathered by Zeus.

This reflects the duels that half-brothers Loki and Thor have had in both Thor and The Avengers, the former movie featuring a prolonged CGI-infested slug-fest much like Diana and Ares' fiery battle.

And it goes without saying that both fights are won by the heroic siblings, though at least Loki was able to come back for more, while Ares seems to be dead for good (but you never know)...
