9. Steve Trevor - Wonder Woman
In terms of screen fatalities this year, nothing is more of a dead cert (sorry) than Wonder Woman's (Gal Gadot) love interest Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) dying in probably spectacular fashion at the movie's climax.
Considering that the iconic superhero presumably goes into exile at the end of the movie long before her re-appearance to take on Doomsday in Batman v Superman, Steve's death will surely be instrumental in her decision to stay out of Earth's affairs.
As for how he'll die? He seems to spend at least a chunk of the movie flying a plane, so perhaps a plane crash, or maybe he's straight-up killed in front of Diana by the villainous Ares (David Thewlis).
Hopefully the movie finally brings out some honest-to-God emotion in DC fans that isn't fanboy anger, and actually makes the audience feel Diana's anguish.
