A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith This has been pointed out on several fan forums, but there is something of a pattern to the titles of the assorted Star Wars films when you look at each trilogy. 3/4/4, with the third film evoking the idea of a return, a comeback, retribution - themes found in both movies. And that first entry in each, a little more generic, a little more open ended. Maybe the producers would be better served from breaking from the pattern.
