10. Lockwood Is The Secret Villain - Bad Boys: Ride or Die

A major subplot in Bad Boys: Ride or Die revolves around a shadowy, secret villain who has framed the late Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano) for being in league with drug cartels, threatening his posthumous legacy.

But let's be real here - the real Bad Guy couldn't be more instantly noticeable to anyone who's watched more than a few Ioan Gruffud movies over the last 20 years.

Gruffud has a knack for being cast in big Hollywood blockbusters as the detestable supporting villain - the guy just oozes smarminess on screen in basically every role he's ever played, so it just makes sense.

And so, the moment he shows up in the fourth Bad Boys movie as Adam Lockwood, a mayoral candidate and new boyfriend of Miami PD captain Rita Secada (Paola Núñez), how can you not peg him for the baddie?

Gruffud is far too famous to simply be playing the generic-o love interest guy, so of course it's no surprise at all when he turns out to be working with the other main villain, James McGrath (Eric Dane).

It sure would've been fun if we were being swerved and Gruffud really was just playing a nice dude for once, but it wasn't to be.
