When Peter Parker was exposed to the alien Venom symbiote in Spider-Man 3, it completely changed his personality and he became something of a moron. In addition to treating people - including his family, friends, girlfriend and work colleagues - like dirt, he also put on a show at a nightclub with the specific purpose of making Mary Jane jealous and walked around thinking he was God's gift. This was never more evident that when he was strutting down a street, pointing at random women, before extravagantly entering a tailor's, re-emerging with a new suit and continuing to strut around like an idiot.
