6. Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman

Due to Sony owning the rights to Spider-Man, we won€™t get to see the ol€™ web head in The Avengers anytime soon. Marvel Studios do however have the rights to Spider-Woman. The first Spider-Woman, Jessica Drew, was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. Her powers differ from those of her male counterpart. In addition to enhanced strength, speed and hearing and the ability to adhere to walls, she can emit mood-altering pheromones that attract men and repulse women, fire bio-electric energy €œvenom blasts€ and glide using wings. In her early years, Drew worked as a HYDRA agent fighting against S.H.I.E.L.D. After learning HYDRA's true nature, she left and began a search to find her father's killer. After finding her father's killer, she worked as a bounty hunter, then a private investigator before returning to HYDRA as a double agent for S.H.I.E.L.D. During her time as a private investigator, it was thought that her mother may be Viper of HYDRA. Drew's abilities and her connections with HYDRA could make for a very interesting S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, and some interesting team dynamics.
