10 Stupidest Ever Things Done In Star Wars Movies
10. Yoda Forgets He's A Jedi
Imagine if you were able to read other people's emotions; if they were afraid, in pain, angry, or anything else, you could tell. That would be a pretty useful tool if you wanted to make sure no one could successfully conspire against you, and certainly if somebody out there was going to try to kill you and everyone you know.
Welcome to Yoda's world.
The syntax-mangling sorcerer-muppet is the galaxy's wisest being, even being looked up to by the other members of the Jedi Council. Yet in Revenge Of The Sith, Yoda proves incapable of noticing that Anakin Skywalker is falling to the Dark Side of the Force in the most violent and brutal way.
Perhaps these Force Users are able to mask their darkness from Yoda. Palpatine is clouding the Jedi's ability to see the future, so perhaps he is doing the same to Yoda's mind-reading Force powers. The same cannot, however, be true of the humble soldiers of the Clone Army.
Somehow, Yoda has no idea this millions-strong army are all primed to murder every Jedi in the galaxy at a word from Palpatine. For a being of such vaunted intelligence, Yoda certainly does seem very stupid.
