7. Eddie Redmayne's Razzie-Worthy Performance

Ever since the first trailer for the movie dropped, it was obvious that Eddie Redmayne (who plays the film's villain, Balem), was either going to be the flick's MVP or its biggest mistake...and he definitely turned out to be the latter. It's difficult to know what Redmayne was thinking, as he gives a completely tone-deaf, hilariously weird performance in which he spends 95% of his screen time quietly rasping through his dialogue, and the other 5% dialing it up to Gary Oldman levels of over-acting. Critics have already been debating whether Redmayne simply knew he was in a terrible movie and decided to camp it up, but honestly, that just doesn't seem very plausible, and furthermore, a terrible performance is a terrible performance no matter what. Many have already suggested the actor may receive a Razzie nomination next year for his already-infamous work here. While some have implied that the turn will affect his Oscar chances in a few weeks, he never had a chance against Michael Keaton anyway, so he shouldn't worry about that...
