Forget the glitz and glam of Hollywood, once Robbie packed her bags and moved to the States, she developed a huge love of ice hockey. She commonly throws on a jersey and supports the New York Rangers team, but she also plays right wing for a local amateur side. She told film.com: "I always wanted to play ice hockey back in Australia, Im not sure why, but we didnt have any ice where I lived. It was very hot, a coastal town. So I played field hockey, but then when I moved to America I was finally able to join a team once I wasnt contracted to a show. I was living in New York and the Rangers were my default team And not just by default, but also because theyre the best team ever. "I play on a team but Im definitely the worst on the team. Im not so good at the ice skating part. The hockey is good, but the ice skating I need to work on."
