There was supposed to be another Media Break news report at the end of the film, right after RoboCop shoots Dick Jones and tells the ''old man'' that his name is Murphy. In the news report, Lewis is shown recovering in hospital after being shot by Boddicker. There was also a sequence showing Bixby Id buy that for a dollar Snyder being arrested for child molestation. I'm glad Verhoeven dropped these two sequences as Nice shootin, son. Whats your name? Murphy was the perfect way to end the film but they could have worked as a post credit bonus.
