Stephen Collins, best known for playing Reverend Eric Camden on 7th Heaven, was cut from Ted 2 after accusations of multiple counts of child molestation in a recording. The actor was reportedly fired from the sequel to Ted almost immediately after the alleged recording of his confession to his wife surfaced online at TMZ in October last year. While his role was unknown, Collins reportedly had a small role in the sequel but his part has now been cut from the film. Apparently dismissing his character did not cause any major disruptions to the film.
