8. Senator Patrick Leahy - Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice
If Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy looks oddly familiar to you but you're not a regular C-SPAN viewer, it's because he's a huge Batman fan and has had cameos in a number of the Caped Crusader's prior movies - Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.
Leahy typically played either himself or a suited-up politician/businessman in those films, and true to form, he made a cameo as "Senator Purrington" in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Purrington is part of the Congressional hearing debating Superman's (Henry Cavill) place on Earth, and along with Senator Finch (Holly Hunter), is subsequently blown up by a bomb planted in the building by Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg).
Though Leahy is clearly all about Batman, it was neat - and weird - to see him hanging out with the Man of Steel in this instance.
