3. Patrick Wilson - Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice
A few years before Patrick Wilson joined the DC Extended Universe in earnest with his performance as King Orm aka Ocean Master in Aquaman, he had a tiny voice cameo as the President of the United States in Batman v Superman.

Wilson's voice can be heard giving the order to launch a missile strike against Doomsday and Superman, though given Wilson's inherently Presidential handsomeness, it's a bit of a shame he wasn't able to make a physical appearance in the movie too.
Though given that this would've created a major conflict with his future Aquaman role, it was probably for the best. Still, you'll need to be unnaturally familiar with Wilson's voice to notice this one.
