5. Nicole Kidman Dr Chase Meridian (Batman Forever)
Based off how Kidman performs this character its really kind of difficult to decipher whether or not she is actually supposed to be a sympathetic character, or an antagonist. She is allegedly a brilliant Doctor, yet Kidman delivers every line either passive aggressively to Bruce (indicating she is really just a bit of b*tch) or like a school girl with a crush to Batman (because women are obviously either b*tchy or gooey with no in between). There is supposed to be sexual chemistry here, but she is overacting and over channelling the flirtation so brutally that it would make Marilyn Monroe blush. In Kidmans defence, the hackiest of all Hollywood hacks Akiva Goldsman was in charge of shaping her character, so its no wonder that it is an absolutely woeful role with lines that make you want to punch yourself in the face for having listened to. But still this is Nicole Kidman, one of the finest actors in recent Hollywood memory. She can do better than this train wreck of a performance.
