3. A Droid Story

Shifting tones from "shadowy, Dark Side powers" to something a little lighter now, with Lucasfilm announcing a new animated project in conjunction with ILM called Star Wars: A Droid Story.

The series itself will focus on C-3PO and R2-D2, as well as a "new hero" they must guide. No release date has been given, but it will - like all the other Star Wars shows mentioned thus far - premiere exclusively on Disney+.
