10. Roger Moore Is Too Damn Old

It's not exactly a startling assessment to proclaim that Roger Moore was too old for this movie, given that he was 57 years old at the time of shooting. Hell, even Moore himself famously said he was "only about four hundred years too old for the part."

However, if you haven't seen A View to a Kill in quite some years, it really is a shock to see just how over-the-hill and aged Moore looks, no matter how much make-up has been slathered over his face to conceal it.

If Moore looks old, it doesn't help that he's flung into action sequences that, while entertaining, only draw further attention to his age, and having him slip into bed with several women almost three decades his junior certainly does him no favours either.

Moore's ill-advised decision to do "just one more" ultimately made Timothy Dalton's subsequent adoption of the role - at a comparatively youthful 40 years of age - all the more refreshing and effective.
