10. Samara Weaving
Aussie actress Samara Weaving has been on the verge of breaking out for quite some time, with memorable roles in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, The Babysitter, and most recently Ready or Not.
But 2020 is looking to be the year where she veritably smashes through Hollywood's glass ceiling and becomes a known entity in her own right.
For starters, she'll appear as Bill's (Alex Winter) daughter Thea in Bill & Ted Face the Music, and given her well-demonstrated penchant for comedy, it's easy to imagine her stealing every scene she's in.
In more out-and-out blockbuster terms, Weaving will also get to flex her action muscles as iconic G.I. Joe heroine Scarlett in the upcoming tentpole Snake Eyes. It's hardly an acting workout, but given the film's evidently global pull, it'll certainly get many more eyes on her.
And on top of these two, she's also set to co-star with Daniel Radcliffe in the action-thriller Guns Akimbo, which has already been earning solid reviews on the festival circuit.
