12. Hagrid's Hut Moves Position

If you pay close enough attention to the early Harry Potter films, you'll believe that one of Hagrid's only magical powers is the ability to teleport his house and change what it looks like without anyone seeming to notice.

In the first two films, Hagrid's hut is only one room and is close to the entrance to the Bell Towers and Greenhouses. But in The Prisoner Of Azkaban, it magically doubles in size and moves down a hill from the (also new) stone sun dial, with its brand new pumpkin patch.
