9. Kingpin Will Appear In Spider-Man: Homecoming

Long-time Spider-Man villain Kingpin - AKA Wilson Fisk - will buck the trend and jump from Netlix to the big screen MCU for Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The Killer Proof

No he won't. There's no room for him, for a start: with Michael Keaton's villain, Shocker, The Tinkerer and the possibility of even more lower level villains, having Kingpin in there and not giving him ample screen-time is just unthinkable.

And Vincent D'Onofrio himself has confirmed it's not happening...

Would It Have Been Any Good?

In the future, having a Spider-Man film that unites Tom Holland's Peter Parker with D'Onofrio's Fisk sounds ideal, even if there's a pretty big disparity in tone. And it's about time a Spidey film universe didn't just default to the Osborne name for its biggest villain presence.

For Homecoming though, it's right that he's not involved.
