This isn't comment-bait, but The Boy is one of the better creepy puppet movies to be released in ages.

Laden with effective jump scares and a particularly shocking twist finale, there was much to enjoy for horror fans. So it's a pleasant surprise, then, that a follow up to the 2016 movie is on the way. While director William Brent Bell and writer Stacey Menear are back on board, The Walking Dead's Lauren Cohen didn't fancy another stint nannying for the Heelshires and instead we have Katie Holmes on leading lady duties.

The setting is still the same with events set to unfold at the Heelshire Mansion and plot details indicate the new inhabitants of the spooky Montana homestead are unaware of the events that transpired before they moved in. All patched up from his previous adventure, Brahms remains the film's big bad but those in the know will be wondering who is pulling his strings this time.
