5. Who Dies? Captain America: The Winter Soldier
The new Superbowl trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier only intensified the hype for what looks to be one of Marvel's best efforts yet. There were a lot of talking points, namely the enigma of the Winter Soldier, and the mystery of the ambiguous shot pictured above, which depicts a dead man underneath a sheet, while Black Widow tearfully looks on, along with a forlorn Cap and Maria Hill milling about in the background. As I've said in another article, it's most certainly a S.H.I.E.L.D. employee who has bit the bullet, and though we know Samuel L. Jackson gets a little more involved in the action this time, it almost certainly won't be him. The smart money is on either Robert Redford's S.H.I.E.L.D. higher-up, Falcon or perhaps Brock Rumlow before he becomes Crossbones. It was very smart to include this brief glimpse in the trailer now I'm even more anxious to get to the movie, as if the test screening responses weren't encouraging enough.
