12. Alistair Smythe

Granted, there have been no hints that we might see Smythe, but Sony apparently had plans for him at one point, as they featured him as a minor supporting character in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Unless they pursue a third film, there'll be no revisiting that iteration of the character. He'd be a great fit for the MCU, though.

As established in No Way Home, Oscorp doesn't exist, and the Tinkerer is MIA. Sure, Marvel could keep beating the Stark tech drum, but eventually, that'll get stale. So who could provide high tech weaponry and gear to Spidey's foes? That could very well be Alistair Smythe.

Of course, wherever Alistair and his father, Spencer, are, there must also come the Spider-Slayers, an army of robots designed specifically to hunt down Spider-Man and... well... slay him. Even though no one remembers Peter Parker, Spider-Man is still very much a public figure, and people like J. Jonah Jameson are very publicly painting him as a murderer after his battle with Mysterio. Now Spider-Man is a faceless "public menace" with a target on his back. Smythe could be one of many people drawing a bead on that target.
