3. Iron Man Is Definitely In Spider-Man: Homecoming

The rumours have been swirling for weeks that at least one other Avenger would be joining Peter Parker in his solo movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and then the rumours focused specifically on Iron Man showing up.

Well, we now have official 100% confirmation that Tony Stark will appear in the film, likely as a supporting character who helps Peter out on the tech side of things, and they're sure to have some fun mentor-protege scenes together.

This also has the knock-on effort of completely quashing the rumour that Iron Man will die in Captain America: Civil War. Couldn't Marvel have just waited a few more weeks until Civil War was released before giving this one away? Sure, it wasn't terribly likely anyway, but it's always frustrating when possibilities like this are shut down so needlessly ahead of time.
