11. Is It A Prequel With The Winter Soldier? - Black Widow
After years of them ignoring the need for female-led comic book movies, the penny has now dropped for Marvel Studios and we're set to see a Black Widow solo movie to follow Captain Marvel (and The Wasp's titular mention in the Ant-Man sequel).
But there's still a question hanging over Black Widow that might slightly distract from the empowerment of her story, because she might yet be sharing it.
If we're getting the prequel that makes a lot more sense than an Avengers 4 sequel (since there's no guarantee she survives), then we're surely going to see her leaving the Red Room and her affiliation with the enemy. That means we're probably going to see her meeting - and being trained by The Winter Soldier - which was already hinted at in The Winter Soldier.
If this is the case (and it'd be a good story to follow), Marvel will have to be careful not to steal too much of the spotlight from Johansson and Widow with Bucky.
