2. The End Credits Song Should've Been The Title Track

The movie's end credits song is k.d. lang's "Surrender", and it's certainly one of the most memorable closing tracks to any Bond film. Though Sheryl Crow's title song has an undeniable star-fuelled oomph to it - and again, it's pretty under-appreciated - Surrender was definitely more deserving of being the title track.

Simply, it has a more classic Bond sheen to it, from lang's stronger, more Bassey-like vocals to the generally brassy composition. Though it obviously had nowhere near the commercial pull of Crow's song, it was absolutely a better fit for those trippy, CGI-laced opening titles.

But again, that's not to disparage Crow, who did fine work with her needlessly slated title tune.
