11. Tim Miller Won't Be Directing Deadpool 2

It was announced in October that Deadpool director Tim Miller wouldn't be returning for the sequel, set to start shooting early next year.

This was a huge shock considering the fantastic job Miller did on the first film, and it seemed like a slam dunk that he'd be back in the director's chair for part two. However, the ever-popular "creative differences" between Miller and star Ryan Reynolds, who is undeniably the priority commodity of the two, caused Miller to exit the director's chair.

Rumours suggest that Miller craved a mega-budget sequel, while Reynolds and returning screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick wanted something similar in scope to the original movie.

At least Miller has been replaced with a solid choice in John Wick co-director David Leitch, though it's still a shame that one of the major creative forces behind the original's unprecedented success won't be returning for part two.
