Earlier this year, Uma Thurman spoke out against director Quentin Tarantino, who she claimed pressured her into shooting a scene for Kill Bill Vol. 2 in a "deathbox" car with no stunt driver, which inevitably crashed into a tree, seriously injuring her.

Thurman followed up by posting video footage of the nasty crash, while detailing the extent of her injuries: a "permanently damaged neck and...screwed-up knees" in addition to a concussion.

In the fallout of the crash, the actress accused Tarantino of trying to kill her, and it's clear from the video footage how things could've gone even more horribly wrong if factors were just slightly different.

Tarantino, for his part, called the incident "the biggest regret of [his] life."
