People have been half-expecting this guy to take off for almost a decade now. He's been on the tip of everyone's tongue, the soft voice you hear as an autumn breeze rolls past your ears and mentions milk steak. As the lovable Charlie Kelly on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Day has built up a reliable and devoted cult fanbase to be envied. He's the breakout character from the show, and has a bit more success outside his program than most breakout characters (I am looking at you, Jim Parsons). Day was the third lead in the very, very successful Horrible Bosses and will reprise his role in the upcoming Horribler Bosses, or Whatever It's Called. He's also gaining some unexpected fans and collaborators, recently popping up in Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim to basically play Charlie Kelly the Scientist. Speaking of which, I think I just thought of an It's Always Sunny spin-off...
