It's fair to say that you probably don't know the name Katherine Langford if you haven't watched either Netflix's 13 Reasons Why or the movie Love, Simon.

But her pivotal, Golden Globe-nominated role in the controversial streaming drama placed her firmly on audience's radars, and now Hollywood's paying attention too.

For 2019, Langford has nabbed two high-profile, top-secret roles. First, she'll appear as a currently unknown character in Avengers: Endgame, and later in the year she'll also co-star in Rian Johnson's currently-shooting crime mystery film Knives Out.

While it seems likely that both of these roles are pretty small, don't be surprised if 2020 and beyond is even more prosperous for the actress.
