1. David Bowie The Ravager - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2
The MCU has already seen some pretty famous musical cameos with Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello showing up in Iron Man, DJ AM appearing in Iron Man 2 and Rob Zombie and Miley Cyrus voicing characters in the Guardians Of The Galaxy movies.
But the biggest musical cameo of all could have happened in James Gunn's sequel if a real life tragedy hadn't conspired to end the possibility. Because Gunn and Kevin Feige had apparently expressed interest in bringing David Bowie in for a cameo as part of Sylvester Stallone's old Ravagers team.
Sadly, Bowie died in 2016 before it could happen and the musical cameo went to Cyrus, who briefly voiced AI character Mainframe.
