12. Thomas The Tank Engine's Cameo - Ant-Man

Though the trailers already gave away Thomas the Tank Engine's presence in the movie, they thankfully didn't spoil the whole gag for free. Yes, poor Thomas gets knocked off his tracks by Yellowjacket (Corey Stoll) in the movie's climactic fight scene, and then he gets thrown at Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), after which he lands on the windowsill of Lang's house. Moments later, though, Thomas is hit by a stray enlarging disc, at which point he grows massive and takes out a huge chunk of the house as he does so, as well as destroying a car outside. As the battle continues, Thomas simply lies there, his eyes hilariously rolling back and forth with that ridiculous smirk on his face. Though Thomas could only appear in the film on the condition that he did morally neutral acts, this was still a hilarious way to accentuate the movie's gleefully silly, playful tone.
